Continuation of Business – COVID 19

Lund, Sweden – March 23, 2020

Dear Customers and Suppliers,

First, we hope that you and your employees are in good health.

It is key for Percepium, our countries in general and probably for you as well, that the economic activity remains as less impacted as possible by the current crisis management, and this in the full respect of government and sanitary regulations.

At Percepium, if the situation is not worsening further, we continue to operate our business as normal. None of our employees has so far been tested positive for the COVID-19 virus, we are following all the recommendations given by the Swedish authorities, including sanitary measures at the office to reduce the spread of the virus. All our staff have the possibility to work from home if they want to or if required.

We have no intention to reduce capacity.

We urge you all to set up a business continuity plan in order to keep your payments, production and deliveries active, even partially, after having set up the protection measures for your employees.

We ask you to notify us about your progress on the situation, especially if there is any impact on your deliveries or payments.

We are available to manage blocking points and set up priorities with you if necessary.

We know we can count on you!

Kind Regards,

/Ola Badersten
